The Foxrock team was hired to assist the homeowner in preparing to put their house on the market. Since the home was built prior to 1978, and the boards and siding had not been replaced after 1978, the home was presumed to have the presence of lead. As a MA lead-certified company, Foxrock Painting was able to safely remove the lead while protecting the environment. Extensive preparation work was conducted and then sealed with an oil-based primer. Once the exterior work was complete, the happy homeowner asked the Foxrock team to paint the home’s interior as well. After the interior work was finished, the satisfied customer decided to no longer put the home on the market. Queen Anne Victorian homes are known for their intricate detail and this one was no exception. The Foxrock team took great pleasure in painting this home. The flawless finished product made the beauty and intricacies of this spectacular home shine through.
