Step One: We Connect
We offer complimentary estimates on all projects. You can expect a personal phone call within 24-hours to arrange a convenient time to meet and discuss scope and details.
Step Two: We collaborate
Expect the Foxrock Painting uniformed crew to arrive on-site with a full project folder in hand. Working from the detailed project plan, the Foxrock crew gets to work prepping and painting your property. Foxrock crews are made up of professional local painters and craftsman who have an expert eye for details and a strong work ethic to deliver the highest quality results.
Step Three: We deliver
Next, a Foxrock Manager performs a walk-through and prepares a detailed proposal of the project for your review. Once an agreement is signed, a dedicated Production Manager is assigned to your project. We will coordinate an introductory “Discovery Session” with you and the Production Manager to review the proposal details, timeline, and address all of your questions and concerns.
We work hand-in-hand with you to develop a personalized plan before work ever begins. This is the only way to capture each and every project nuance, and to ensure our promise of minimal disruption to your day-to-day life.
Step Four: We follow through
Your dedicated Production Manager will provide daily progress updates and solicit your feedback at each stage. Once the project is complete, they conduct a final on-site inspection with you.
Closed-loop feedback is really important to us. We want bona fide proof we’re doing everything we say we’ll do. Following project completion, we may contact you to gather feedback and input about the Foxrock Painting experience.
