Friendly, honest company that truly cares about their customers. From my first phone call to Kate, I knew this was a different type of company. Kate took down my contact info and said I would be receiving a call from Jeff to setup an appointment. Twenty minutes later, I’m talking to Jeff and setting up an appointment. Jeff was on time, a little early, and put on disposable booties before he entered my house. Walked through what we wanted done. Had an estimate in a very short time. We discussed how the project would proceed. Kate sent contract via email, we signed and emailed back. Plenty of communications leading up to the scheduled day. Three days later, as promised, we had our kitchen walls, and ceilings done, living room and dining room ceilings and trim done, as well as the hallway ceilings, doors and trim completed. If you’re looking for a premium painting company, look no further. My wife and I are thinking of a few other painting needs in the very near future and we will definitely go with FoxRock Painting.

We hired Foxrock to re-stain our 10-year-old, 200' long x 6' high, wooden fence, both sides, second coat as needed. We needed the work done as early in the spring as possible, as our perennial garden would be emerging from the ground and we didn't want plants damaged. Foxrock scheduled and completed the job quickly, making the most of sunny days. The office contact, project manager, painting crew chief and crew were all professional, responsive, conscientious, and thorough. They arrived on time. They were attentive to quality and details. The project manager gave us a lot of personal attention: came over ahead of time with the paint to test for color match, came over after job was done to do a walk through, noted with us a few spots that needed touch up, and came over again after the touch ups were done to make absolutely sure we were happy. Foxrock Painting painted the exterior of our home in Westwood. The Foxrock team was excellent to work with from Jeff and Gerry the project managers to Roger and his team of painters - they were all great. Jeff arranged for a color consultant to help us choose the best color for the house. We had a general idea of what we wanted but the color consultant helped us nail down the specific colors for general surface, shutters/ doors and trim. Roger was great to work with on a day-to-day basis and was very accommodating. His crew spent a lot of time on surface preparation and as anyone who knows anything about painting, preparation is the key to a quality paint job. They replaced some shingle on 1 side of the house that was beyond repair and made sure the replacement shingle matched the existing. Every evening they cleaned up before leaving for the day. These are a team of painters that understand the importance of organization and maintaining a clean, clutter free work site. The quality of the finished paint work is excellent. We love the new look of our home exterior. Gerry came by on a regular basis to check on progress and ensure that everything was being done to the high standard that Foxrock promises. Once the job was nearing completion, Gerry walked us through the job and did a “punch” list. Everything on the punch list was quickly addressed. We could not be happier with the work done by Foxrock. We have already recommended Foxrock to two of our neighbors and the crew is now working on our neighbor’s house.

Gordon Haughton (project manager) was remarkably efficient in determining what we needed to get done. We have an old house and needed our windows painted, which meant scraping years' worth of paint and removing the storm windows. The crew arrived when they were expected and left the grounds in pristine condition. The crew was polite and were very dedicated to their work. They spent a total of seven days working and the price we paid was very fair for the work they did, which included carpentry to replace damaged shingles. Other companies didn't even want to remove the storm windows because they said that it was too much work. However, Foxrock did the work and did it well.
