This customer reached out to Foxrock Painting with a dilemma. He had called on several painters for estimates but was left with overpriced bids and zero follow-up from every company. His renovation project was complex due to the requirement of a hydraulic crane for the extended height, and the presence of lead paint. Additionally, his abutting neighbor had 6-month old twin boys who had already tested positive for lead in their blood. Foxrock Painting was motivated to create a safe outdoor space for our customer, and his neighbor’s young children, and took the project on without hesitation. The Foxrock Crew safely removed the chipping lead paint from the siding, and thoroughly sealed their prep work with a tinted oil-based primer. The finished product was nothing short of perfection, from the renovated body to the color details on top of the highest eave.
