The Foxrock team was asked to help prepare for the sale of this 3-family home. The ‘eye-sore’ that needed attention was the 3-story staircase leading to the roof deck. Though the homeowner had replaced the treads and risers with new wood, the old wood on the railings and deck floor was heavily peeling. Once on-site, the Foxrock team realized that the railings were dangerously loose. They immediately secured them for the safety of the tenants before tackling the prep work. They then spent hours scraping, sanding, and caulking before priming and painting. The property owner was so pleased that he asked the team to paint the property’s front entire entrance. The final result was a beautifully finished and safe home ready to be put on the market.
