The Environmental Protection Agency and the Massachusetts Department of Labor Standards maintain regulations to mitigate the risk of lead poisoning, called the "Renovation, Repair and Painting", or RRP regulations. These RRP regulations establish licensing and work-safe practices, and require any home contractor to provide proper information before commencing work.
Foxrock Painting is EPA RRP Licensed and Compliant, with a crew that is fully lead-safe trained and certified. We follow a set of prescribed containment and cleaning protocols, including state of the art equipment such as HEPA filtered sanders, vacuums, and air scrubbers. When it comes to lead exposure, we take your health and the health of our crew to heart.
